Welcome to the Hastings and St Leonards Primary Care Network (PCN). As a PCN, we are a group of 8 GP practices that have come together to provide improved healthcare services for our community, focusing specifically on the unique challenges faced by the Hastings population.

At the core of our mission is a commitment to providing accessible and high-quality primary care services tailored to our community's needs. We are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our patients and working collaboratively to enhance their overall health and well-being.

Currently, our PCN serves a patient population of over 100,000 across Hastings and St Leonards. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to providing them with comprehensive and compassionate care.

Our Partnerships

The PCN collaborates closely with various local organisations, healthcare providers and voluntary organisations to care for you as a whole person, including your body, mind, and life. These partnerships enable us to deliver truly patient-centred care, with the patient (you) at the heart of everything we do.

Fellowship of St Nicholas

FSN are a charity that aims to provide effective and professional caring action without discrimination for children, young people and families suffering the effects of poverty, disadvantage, neglect and abuse. We’re proud to partner with FSN to deliver a number of needs-led services, including Health & Wellbeing Coaching, dental clinics, and peer and parent & child groups.

Eggtooth

A not-for-profit creative well-being service for children, young people, parents and professionals, Eggtooth offers mental health support through 1-1 sessions, groups and creative projects. We’ve partnered with them to provide funding to support neurodiverse young people in our care and to promote the inclusion of the young LGBTQ+ community in Hastings.

Active Hastings

Providing inactive patients fun ways to access their daily dose of physical. Activity. We partner with Active Hastings Sports Champions to support the local community in moving more!
